5min stationary bike
DL 135x5, 175x5, 205x5, 225x5, 260x5, 295x12 PR
45 degree back raise 2x12, 3x10
HLR 3x6, 2x5
10min eliptical

-Had to pause and re-grip around rep 8 for deads
-back raise is harder than it looks go to 5x10
-HLR was hard go to 5x5
-Took a little over an hour
