Stretching / Rope
Press 65x5, 75x5, 95x3, 115x5, 130x3, 145x4
Chins 30 - sets of 5 between presses

-Getting over a nasty head cold and feeling extremely weaksauce.
-Got way out of position on the 2nd press - 3 and 4 were really slow.
