-I hate a smelly snatch! Just was not getting under it nicely today. Going to do HCs on Dead and Press day then HSns on Squat and Bench day - Progressive on upper body days and straight sets with top weights on lower body days.
-Wasn't very focussed on last set of squats - form was pretty good though and got what I wanted.
-135 for 5x10 should be no issue.
-HLRs were done with bent elbows - this seems to be much easier on the shoulders - cleaned up with straight leg sit-ups.
-Foam and ball roll upper right glute - had a little pain there.
-Nice first cycle - I'm liking the 5/3/1 stuff
