Stretching and rope
Bench - 75x5, 95x5, 115x3, 130x3, 150x3, 170x10
A1. DB Row 30x15x5
A2. 1 arm DB Bench 30x15x5
B1. Neck warp 4x8
B2. Pull-ups 3x6
A bunch of JM between sets
-9th and 10th rep with 170 were hard but I'm glad I did them.
-Time to move up for DB rows and benches - try the birdball next time.
-Go to 5x8 for neck next and 4x6 for chins.
-Foam roll later.
