Workout B

W/U: Snatches and OHS with 45#
OHP 45 x 5, 95 x 5, 125 x 5 x 3, 145 x 3 x 3
Pendlay Rows 165 x 6 x 6
Dips 24kg 12, 8, 6
5min OALCCJ 16kg
5min Rope
Straight leg sit-ups 24kg x 10 x 3
Yard work cool down

-last set wit 145 was tough. Go to 130 x 5 x 3, 145 x 3 x 3 next
-Rows were good, mix in some set of 8 next
-Dips were nice move forward
-Tried out Double LCCJs but I can't find my hips in the resting position. 5min was not hard, count the reps next time.
