Circuit

- Push-ups 15, 10, 10, 10
- Squats 30, 15, 15, 15
- Rope 100 turns
-This was plenty challenging for me but I forgot to time it
-Rope turns were as fast as possible however, they weren't very fast at all.
-Some stomach cramping on the third set.
