5x5 series 8 day 2

weighed in at 162 after a steak and egg breakfast this morning

dynamic stretching
squat 140, 165, 190, 190 x 5
press 95, 105, 120, 130 x 5
deadlift 215, 245, 280, 310 x 5
wide-grip chins 4s x 5r
abs 3 x 12 knee hugs, 12 lhs, 12 crunches, 12 chinnies

-130 was a bit wobbly
-310 was hard. ill need to do some research on form and pay attention to how much my back is rounding.
-i should really video my last sets on everything.
-chins were no prob and abs were painful in a good way
