neck curls 25lbs x 3s x 12r
A1. Halos 25lbs 3s x 10l/10r
A2. Widegrip pull-ups 6, 5, 4
-Circuit was good. Chinnies and hindus were rough on the 3rd circuit.
-Halo/pull-up superset felt like it hit the rear delts pretty good.
