5x5 series 2 day 1

squat 95, 130, 165, 200, 240 x 5
bench 70, 95, 120, 145, 170 x 5
power clean 60, 85, 105, 130, 150 x 5
wide-grip pull-ups 4s x 6r
fct 90 x 3s x 6r

-a little forward lean with 240 but decent speed.
-170 was solid but not fast.
-hang cleaned everything under 100, it was all easy.
