fell off the wagon for the past week. resetting to the beginning with some changes. power cleans have been substituted for rows and weight intervals set to 15%. here goes:
dynamic stretching
squat 95, 125, 160, 195, 230 x 5
bench 65, 95, 115, 140, 165 x 5
power clean 60, 80, 105, 125, 150 x 5
wide grip chins 4s x 5r
ab circuit 2 x 10 v-ups, 10 sprinter sit-ups, 1min plank, rest
glad i reset, squats and bench seemed rusty.
