Normal warm up
Squat 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 265x3, 295x3, 335x3
SLDL 165x8, 195x8, 225x6
Side-bends 3x12
Calf raises 3x12
Leg curls 3x12-15
Jog 20min, 18.39 in zone, 141 ahr, 153 max, min 127, recover 25 151-126

335x3 was a bit hard, 4 would have been really pushing it. HR seemed high today, not sure if its the heat or because of the leg work.
