Deadlift m6 w2

Normal warm up
Dead 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x5, 315x5, 355x5
FSQ 135x10, 155x10, 185x8
Back raise 3x12
Calf raise 3x12-15
Weighted sit-ups 3x12-15

185 was coming falling off my shoulders so hung it up. I think I need to get through the set more quickly and I'll be ok next time.
