Bench 95x5, 115x5, 135x3, 145x5, 165x5, 195x11 - PR with a couple reps to spare but, I shouldn't be pushing it this hard. Form was shit on a couple of these reps.
Lat pull-downs 3x10
Curls 3x10
Calf raise 3x10
