Weights

Hang Clean 45x3, 95x3
Clean + 2 HC 135x5
Deadlift 245x3, 265x5, 295x5, 325x5
Bench 95x3, 115x3, 175x5x3
OHS 95x5x3

-Cleans were pretty solid - work on receiving the bar on shoulders
-Deadlift was solid but 325 felt harder than it should. I doing this without another big lift work up with sets of 3 then finish with 5 or 3 ME style.
-Bench was solid go to 180.
-OHS were easy but my wrists were hatin it.
-Intended to jumprope afterwards but my Buddy Lee busted.
