Workout C

W/U: Rope and stretching
Squat 95 x 5, 155 x 5, 185 x 5, 230 x 10, 225 x 10 x 2
Chin-ups 25 x 10, 6, 4

-Uninspired workout today. Had a shitty interview this morning.
-Forward lean and sticky on the last set of squats. Do 230 x 10 x 2, 225 x 10 next workout and progress like that.
-Hoping for 12 on the chins but 10 felt right today. My lats were hit pretty hard a couple days ago.
-Do some neck isos later.
