- Didn't like this circuit at all. KB snatches are just wrong for circuits, will try DB snatches at some point, but I won't be combining them with swings. Something like swings or double swings with burpees, pull-ups, and maybe lunges would be cool. I need to get some lunges or split jumps in here somewhere.
-Side planks went like this - push-up, 30sec plank, push-up, 30sec plank, no rest. Do 45sec next time.
