Normal warm up
Deadlift 185x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x5, 355x3, 395x1
FSQ 175x5, 195x5, 225x5
Side-bend 3x10
Weighted sit-ups 3x10
-395 was pretty easy
-225x5 sucked, hard keeping it on the shoulders with out breaking my wrists. Will reset it back 10% if I remember.
-SIJ still felt like shit today, but as I'm writing this over 12 hours later its feeling better.
