Inclines 155, 145, 135x12 - last two sets hard 
Leg press 380, 360, 340x12 
45 degree back raise 25, 15, 10x12
Upright row 85x12
Seated calves 145, 135x12 - stay and work on full extension 
Hammer curl 40x12 - repeat, some cheating on the last two 
Push-down 70x12
