Neck wrap 3 sets of 10 reps fwd, left and right
Russain twist 10x20rx2, 16kgx20
Single leg calf raise 24kgx10, 16kgx10rx2
Dips 4x8

Shooting for 30 to 50 reps per exercise three times a week. Trying to use 70% or above for big exercises. Everything done circuit style between squats.
