Something New

I want to workout from home for the immediate future. I have some KBs at my disposal and some adjustable rings. I'll be using the ETK template for now and breaking in this week.

Getting KB groove back:
C&P 24kg 1-5 ladder, 32kg 1-5 ladder - Chins to match most sets
Swings 24kg 10/10, 32kg 10/10, 24kg 10/10, 32kg 5/5
Snatch 24kg 5/5
