Grooving

Maxwell daily dozen and extra pumps for a warm up

5 chin-ups, 10 push-ups x 3
3 chin-ups, 1 OAPU, 5 goblet squats
14min or so
Swings 24kg for 7min 5x10/10, 5/5 - easy
10min jog with the dog

OAPUs were easier than I remembered. I have no idea if I'm doing goblet squats correctly.
