Squat 275x8, 255x8, 225, 215, 195x10
Curl 80x10
Press 135x6, 115x8 - hurtin after squats and benches
Push-down 80x8
Calf raise 14, 13x10
SLDL 245x8
- Gave up on the SLDL. After that much GM'ing on the squat didn't need it.
- Next cycle I'm just going to finish off with hinge or rear delt work if I'm under 45min
