Lunch BJJ:
Self-defense defending from guard against punching attacker, and standup guard pass
Guard to side-control work, working on getting out without using the hand and dragging shin over inner thigh while keeping it planted in getting the other leg out.
Same thing but working on getting trapped in half-guard on the way out. I did not get it. While in half guard hug the opposite shoulder, drive the shoulder into jaw, kick free leg out, same hip to ground, inch leg out until only foot is left, put the same side knee to ground and mount.
Decent rolling, was not successful on passing guards, tried a triangle but got screwed over
